Can I return my order?
Yes, for Thailand orders, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, visit our Create A Return page or email us at hello@sarieactive.com with your order number. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Swimwear
- Sale or Final Sale items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
What if my item is defective or damaged?
We’re so sorry!
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged:
- We will arrange a return
- Provide a cash refund to your original payment method
- Cover the return shipping cost
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received an item different from what you ordered:
- We’ll cover the return shipping
- We’ll resend the correct item at no extra cost
If the correct item is unavailable, we’ll offer a cash refund or store credit.
What if the size doesn’t fit me?
If the size doesn’t fit as expected:
- You may return the item (if unworn and with tags)
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only

Do you offer cash refunds for size issues or change of mind?
No.
Cash refunds are only provided for defective or incorrect items.
Size-related returns are refunded as store credit, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Sarie pays if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
- Customers pay for return shipping in all other approved cases
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How long does it take to receive my refund or store credit?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds or store credit will be processed within 7–14 business days
Can I return an international order?
Unfortunately, no.
All international orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I’m unsure about sizing. What should I do?
