At SARIE, we aim to deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible.

1. Thailand Orders

Shipping Fee

  • Free standard shipping on all Thailand orders.
  • No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed during promotions or peak periods may take slightly longer to process.

Delivery Time

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
  • Other provinces: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.


Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

2. International Orders

Shipping Fee

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Enjoy FREE international shipping on all orders over ฿5,000.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that international shipping times may vary and are outside Sarie’s control.


Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • Sarie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

3. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • Sarie is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to Sarie due to failed delivery or being unclaimed:
    • Re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Sarie will assist in investigating with the courier.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need assistance.

5. Final Notes

  • Sarie is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
